Please read these terms carefully before commissioning a Soul Portrait. By submitting an enquiry and proceeding with payment, you agree to the following terms.

The service

Pam Leavey offers hand-channelled, intuitive watercolour paintings created through spiritual practice, tarot and the five elements. Each Soul Portrait is a unique, original artwork created solely with your name and date of birth.

Soul Portraits are works of spiritual and artistic expression. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological or therapeutic advice.

Commissioning and payment

All commissions require full payment upfront before work begins. Payment is processed via Stripe or bank transfer. A secure payment link will be sent to you after your enquiry is confirmed.

Work begins only after payment is received and confirmed.

No refunds or returns

Due to the deeply personal, spiritual and energetic nature of each piece, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or returns are accepted once payment has been made and work has begun.

Each Soul Portrait is created uniquely for one person and cannot be resold or reassigned. By commissioning a piece, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

Spiritual ethics and consent

I do not enter anyone's energetic field without their conscious permission. By commissioning a Soul Portrait, you are giving your explicit consent for this spiritual work to be carried out on your behalf.

If commissioning as a gift, the recipient must be made aware that the work is being created for them and must give their consent before work begins.

Delivery and shipping

Soul Portraits are shipped physically, tracked, worldwide. Shipping is included in the price. Delivery timeframes vary by location: typically 1 to 2 weeks within the UK and Europe, and up to 4 additional weeks for Brazil and other international destinations after dispatch.

Once dispatched, I am not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services or circumstances outside my control.

Timeline

Each Soul Portrait takes 2 to 4 weeks to complete from the start of the process. This timeline may vary depending on commission volume and the nature of the work. I will keep you informed throughout.

Intellectual property

All artworks remain the intellectual property of Pam Leavey. By purchasing a Soul Portrait, you receive the original physical artwork for personal use. You may not reproduce, sell or use the artwork commercially without written permission.

I reserve the right to photograph and share your artwork on social media and marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise at the time of commissioning.
