Pam Leavey is a sole trader and Soul Artist based in London, UK. You can reach me at hello@pamleavey.com.

What information I collect

When you submit an enquiry through the Tally form on this website, the following information may be collected: your name, email address, WhatsApp number (optional), Instagram handle (optional), your location, and any details you choose to share about what brought you to Soul Portraits.

To create your Soul Portrait, I work only with your name and date of birth. No photograph or additional personal information is required or requested.

How I use your information

Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, process your commission and deliver your artwork. I do not use your data for marketing purposes without your consent, and I do not sell, share or transfer your personal information to any third party.

How long I keep your information

I retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil your commission and comply with any legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@pamleavey.com.

Third party services

Enquiry forms are processed through Tally (tally.so). Please refer to Tally's own privacy policy for information on how they handle data. No other third party analytics or tracking tools are used on this website.

Your rights
